LOS ANGELES, CA — November 18, 2008 — IMV LLC announces the release of a new Interactive Music Video featuring Reginald "Fieldy/Reggie" Arvizu. Fieldy is the ground-breaking lead guitarist for the two-time Grammy® Award winning band KoRn. His massive dropped-down sound and unrivaled technique has woofers rattling car windows around the world.
The IMV: Behind the Player DVD series -- which features personal music lessons from members of some of the world’s most influential bands like Godsmack, Ozzy Osbourne, Slipknot, Atreyu and Velvet Revolver -- provides music fans with an exciting new way to learn their to play favorite songs: right from the artists that recorded them.
In his IMV: Behind the Player DVD, Fieldy gives an intimate behind-the scenes look at his life as a professional musician – including rare photos and video footage. He gives in-depth lessons for how to play “Freak on a Leash” released in 1999 and “Got The Life” released in 1998; then jams the tracks with Jane’s Addiction drummer Stephen Perkins.
The DVD also includes exclusive VideoTab™, which shows exactly how Fieldy plays the two tracks. The video-game-style animated tablature is similar to GuitarHero®, except shows how to play the tracks for real.
